Terms of Service

1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to BOM Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing and using the website bom.asia and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2 Definitions

• "User" — an individual or organization that registers and uses the Platform's services.
• "Services" — all products, features, and tools provided by BOM Platform, including but not limited to: Zalo ZNS, Zalo Mini App, SSL Certificates, Mobile Topup, Zalo OA Management, Landing Pages, APIs.
• "Content" — all information, data, text, images, and source code created or shared on the Platform.
• "Account" — a registered account on the BOM Platform system, including login credentials and associated personal information.

3 User Accounts

3.1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account. Each individual or organization is permitted to own only one account unless otherwise authorized by us.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized access.

3.3. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the services for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Sending spam, fraudulent content, or harassing other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Copying, redistributing, or commercially using the Platform's content without permission.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the operation of the services.

4 Services & Products

BOM Platform provides Digital Marketing services including:

• Zalo ZNS — Customer care messaging via Zalo platform.
• Zalo Mini App — Development and management of applications on Zalo.
• SSL Certificates — Security certificates for websites.
• Mobile Topup — Phone credit and data top-up services.
• Zalo OA — Zalo Official Account management.
• API Services — Integration APIs for partners.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice. Service availability may vary by region and applicable regulations.

5 Payment & Refunds

5.1. Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, e-wallets, and online payment gateways. All listed prices include applicable taxes (VAT) and are displayed in VND or USD depending on your settings.

5.2. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Services that have been used or activated are non-refundable.
• SSL Certificates that have been issued cannot be refunded.
• ZNS messages that have been successfully sent are non-refundable.

5.3. Invoicing

Electronic invoices will be issued for all transactions in accordance with Vietnamese law. Please provide accurate invoicing information when placing orders.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including but not limited to: interface, design, source code, logos, trademarks, documentation, and API documentation are the intellectual property of BOM Platform or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they create on the Platform. However, you grant us the right to use that content to operate and improve our services.

7 Limitation of Liability

BOM Platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Data loss due to technical failures beyond reasonable control.
• Actions of third parties (partners, API providers, payment gateways).

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid in the most recent 12 months.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate any terms in this agreement.
• Fail to pay outstanding fees.
• Use the services for illegal purposes.
• Negatively impact other users' experience.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved at the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
